I found this weight loss system quite interesting. One of the things that appealed to me about this book is the amount of freedom you have. It talks about how FOOD plays the most important role in your weight loss than anything else. It is even more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills. Why? Because the FOOD that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT. Is it an actual fact or a myth the you get fat because of lack of exercise? They claim that it's a MYTH. "You get FAT because you don't eat the right foods at the right intervals.
